James Toland Vocal Arts is an Oakland, CA based nonprofit established to encourage and cultivate, through competition and education, the emerging talents of singers who aspire to a professional career in vocal performance.
 
At the 2017 JTVA Competition Finals, singers will compete for more than $20,000 in prize money and opportunities to perform with the Oakland Symphony and San Mateo-based Masterworks Chorale. All events will be held at the Valley Center for the Performing Arts on the Holy Names University campus, 3500 Mountain Boulevard in Oakland, CA.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase after the competition finals.

The individual ticket price for each event is $20 for General Admission, $10 for Students. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door.
